Our mission is to support entrepreneurs in finding a suitable mortgage, even when the financial situation is complex. We analyse the figures ourselves, up front, not through an external assessor at a bank. We look beyond the three-year average when we see an upward trend, we know at which lender pension provisions and assets held in the BV do or do not count, and we approach situations close to retirement with the depth they require. The entrepreneur's story is at least as important to us as the figures.
Where others stop, our work begins
A DGA came to us after having provided his pension provision from the BV as a mortgage loan. The result: his pension was entirely tied up in the home and no liquidity remained in the BV. With several advisors he had mostly heard why it could not be done: too close to retirement and income that did not fit within the criteria.
