Without a standard employer's statement, there is often more paperwork involved. Fortunately, we have the expertise to guide you through the process quickly and professionally. Which conditions do you have to meet as an entrepreneur?
- You have been active as a self-employed person for at least six months.
- If your current self-employed activities do not align with your employment history, you must have been self-employed for at least one year.
- For hospitality entrepreneurs, obtaining a mortgage can sometimes be more difficult; this depends on the quality of your financial figures.
- You have permanent residency status in the Netherlands.
Our approach to a complete entrepreneur mortgage:
- Contact and appointment: Fill in our contact form. We will call you back to schedule a no-obligation appointment with your personal mortgage advisor. You choose the location that suits you best.
- Gathering documents: With help from the advisor, you collect the required documents to determine your annual income. This results in an income statement, which is essential for applying for a mortgage. Of course, you will receive a copy of it.
- Tailored advice: Together with your personal advisor, you discuss the income statement and receive tailored advice. We compare various mortgage conditions and select the provider that best suits your situation. We then request the quote.
- Finalizing the mortgage: Happy with the offer? After signing, we ensure that all documents are delivered complete to the notary. We help you request a valuation or other required documents and provide additional explanation where needed.
Payment when closing the mortgage
Our advice and brokerage fees are only settled once your mortgage has been fully arranged.
