Yes, as a self-employed professional you can get a mortgage. Most lenders require at least 1 to 3 years of independent entrepreneurship. We work with lenders who offer a mortgage from as little as 1 year of self-employment.

Yes, the NHG (Dutch national mortgage guarantee) is possible for self-employed professionals. In some cases even after just 1 year of entrepreneurship. We are happy to advise you on the possibilities and conditions.
You usually need: annual figures of the past 3 years, a recent income tax return, a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract, and proof of identity. As a director-major shareholder (DGA) also the payslips and annual accounts of the private limited company (BV).
